With an attention-grabbing campaign that connects nature and the business world, AMS positions itself as a reliable partner for companies. Through targeted communication, topics such as sustainability, competency matching and green jobs were successfully brought into focus.
New Perspectives for the AMS Business Tour
Every year, AMS visits 10,000 companies throughout Austria to support them with targeted consulting and services. While in previous years the focus was on employer attractiveness, a new central theme was defined for 2024: sustainability and green jobs. The challenge was not only to activate existing contacts, but also to present AMS's diverse consulting services in a fresh light. The goal was to show companies how AMS promotes sustainable strategies and competency development in the labor market.
Business Meets Nature – an Attention-Grabbing Campaign
The creative concept combined elements of the business world with aspects of nature to make the topics of sustainability and green jobs visually and emotionally tangible.
- Staging for Attention: High-quality images and videos that impressively showcase the mix of business and nature.
- Added Value Through Information: Clear messages about the practical benefits of AMS consulting, such as competency matching, climate-relevant job promotion and impulse consulting.
- Organization of Expert Talk: Organization of a panel discussion, including live broadcast and preceding speaker management.
- Giveaways with Added Value: Sustainable and practical goodies for companies that underscore the message "We are on the move".
